New Delhi, May 03 (ANI): Late veteran actress Sridevi was felicitated posthumously with the Dadasaheb Phalke Award and Best Actress honour by President Ram Nath Kovind at the 65th National Film Awards here on Thursday. Union Ministers Smriti Irani and Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore were also present in the national capial. Speaking to ANI, Boney Kapoor said, "I is extremely happy and proud. This is what she's got after working for 50 years in the industry, she would've cherished this award all her life. This is the highest honour." Commenting over the National Film Awards row, Sridevi's husband Boney said that he would have been equally happy if the Minister (I and B) had given him the award. Adding more to it, he said that it is ultimately the recognition of your work, which counts.
