Sheikh Rasheed is an ally of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and a close aide of Imran Khan. Earlier in January, Rasheed was arrested for alleging that the former President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari had hatched a conspiracy to assassinate former Prime Minister Imran Khan.
"We always supported talks and even convinced our allies for it. But [now], how can we hold talks with terrorists? We can only hold talks with those who condemn terrorism and dissociate themselves from these political terrorists," Bilawal said.
Bilawal, while addressing a press conference in Karachi on Thursday, said, "The only advice I can give to the PTI is that what is done is done. The ones involved in this will have to answer for it."
He said that Saqib Nisar had played a key role in the disqualification of Nawaz Sharif on completely baseless and false allegations and ran a vindictive campaign against the PMLN in order to bring Imran Khan into power through a rigged election he presided over.
"We sincerely hope the political forces in Pakistan will build consensus, uphold stability and more effectively address domestic and external challenges so it can focus on growing the economy," Qin said, addressing a press briefing alongside his Pakistani counterpart, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
