Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday said that 1784 youth received appointment letters under Mission Rojgar.
Congratulating the newly selected candidates, the Chief Minister said, "I welcome them to serve the nation."
Five policemen and six civilians were injured after an anti-demo vehicle collided with a car on the roadside in the Lucknow district of Uttar Pradesh, a police official said.

According to the police, "The accident took place on the Riyazganj-Patiyali Link Road near Gadhai village at 9.30 am. The people travelling in the trolley were from Jaithara village in UP's Etah district and were heading towards Kadarganj to take a holy dip in the Ganga."

Following the announcement of the cancellation of the Uttar Pradesh Police Constable Recruitment Examination-2023, Congress leader Jairam Ramesh on Saturday said that the impact of the party's 'Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra' is seen in the state.
"The Uttar Pradesh government has decided to cancel the examinations of all the shifts of February 17 and February 18 to maintain the credibility and transparency of the examination amid reports of unfairly distributing the question paper before the scheduled time," the DIG said speaking
