With an opening stand of 121, India dominated the first session of Day 1 of the second Test match against West Indies at Port of Spain in Trinidad on Thursday.
Virat Kohli scored 76 runs off 182 balls while smashing five boundaries as India defeated West Indies by an innings and 141 runs in the 1st Test match. The Indian cricket team is going to face West Indies in the second Test match at the Queens Park Oval track in Port of Spain on Thursday.
Jaiswal on his debut had smashed a marvellous 171 against the Windies and had a match-winning partnership with senior stars skipper Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli that paved way for an innings win over the Windies in Dominica.

India registered a convincing innings and 141-run win over the West Indies on Day 3 of the 1st Test at Dominica on Friday, riding on brilliant performances by debutant Yashasvi Jaiswal, who scored 171 and old warhorse Ravichandran Ashwin, who claimed a match haul of 12 wickets.
Aswhin did so during the first Test of two-match series against West Indies in Dominica. The veteran spinner recorded one of his finest away performances, taking 5/60 in the first innings and 7/71 in the second innings to finish with a combined figure of 12/131.
Following his side's thumping win over West Indies in the first Test, opener Yashasvi Jaiswal, who made a memorable debut with a match-winning century, said he enjoyed batting with senior teammates like skipper Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli.
