India saw a 7 percent decline in PM2.5 levels in 2024, but six of the world's ten most polluted cities were still in the country, according to the IQAir 2024 World Air Quality Report.
After the release of the World Air Quality Report 2023, Delhi L-G VK Saxena on Wednesday wrote to Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party convenor Arvind Kejriwal drawing his attention to the report "painting a grim picture" of the air quality in the national capital.
