Former Jammu and Kashmir High Court Chief Justice Mahesh Mittal Kumar has been appointed as the returning officer for the Wrestling Federation of India elections appointed by the Indian Olympic Association (IOA) on Monday.

To a local Haryana news channel-Khabrain Abhi Tak, the complainant's father said that he has corrected his statement in court as he had said some things wrong and wanted to correct it.
