While giving its verdict, the High Court has asked the District Judge of Mathura to pass an order after hearing afresh against the decision of the Civil Judge.
Earlier an affidavit has been filed before the court of Justice Manoj Kumar Ohri in a petition of the Delhi Waqf Board challenging the order to inspect 123 properties.
Central Government in its affidavit also said that the Petitioner (Delhi Waqf Board) nor anyone else can have an objection
Considering the duration of the illegal occupation of the premises and the location of the property, the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs 15,00,000 to the Delhi Waqf Board within a period of eight weeks, the High Court directed.
The Supreme Court on Monday rejected the plea challenging Allahabad High Court 2017's order directing to removal of a mosque from the High Court premises.
The board contended all these properties are either dargahs, mosques or graveyards, which have always remained in its possession and cannot be taken away now on the basis of a report of a two-member committee.

The Delhi High Court Wednesday refused to pass an interim order on the plea of the Delhi Waqf Board. However, the High Court asked the Board to file a separate petition to challenge central government's decision to delist the 123 Waqf properties.
When asked about the benefit of making the board, she said, "It is our religion, we will follow our own rule and there should not be any kind of attack on it. Our temples should be independent and have their own set of rules and regulations."
As part of the rejuvenation of the institution, the government will also implement a dress code from the next session in all 103 madrassas under the purview of the Waqf Board in Uttarakhand.
