Six people, including four women and two children, were killed and 22 others were injured when a boundary wall collapsed near Ghosi roadways in Mau district on Friday.
In a tragic incident, a child was killed and another four children were injured after a wall collapsed under the Bhujpura Chowki of Aligarh police station on Saturday, officials said.
Due to heavy rain, a wall collapsed near Chaurasi Kutiya in the Laxman Jhula area of Uttarakhand’s Rishikesh in the early hours of Thursday, and two people were buried under the debris, said authorities.
The labourers who died were identified as Narayan Kol (20) and Dasharatha Varkade (22), a resident of Manegaon. The injured labourer has been identified as Girdhari Gond and he has been admitted to the hospital.
"The work is in progress. Workers have been deployed to rebuild the wall. They are facing some issues. I was not here when the wall collapsed," Prabhas, a local said while talking to ANI.
