US President Joe Biden held a meeting with Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy and discussed Ukraine's self-defence against Russian offensive, including plans for the coming year.
Biden said, "Congress needs to pass supplemental funding to Ukraine before they break for holiday recess, before they give [Vladimir] Putin the greatest Christmas gift they can possibly give him."
The two leaders held a meeting focused on weapons, strengthening air defence and protecting the people of Ukraine and its critical infrastructure. It was David Cameron's first visit to Ukraine as UK's Foreign Secretary.
