As the US and Ukraine signed a 10-year bilateral security agreement on the sidelines of the G7 Summit in Italy on Thursday, Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the pact is an "agreement on security, and thus on the protection of human life."

US President Joe Biden apologized to his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy for the delay in passing a new military aid package, held up by Republican opposition in Congress, reported CNN.
The invitation came during a phone conversation between the two leaders, where Zelenskyy congratulated PM Modi on his recent election victory and wished for the swift formation of the government.
