According to the Raipur Collector, first the bodies will be transported to the national capital, with the efforts on to ensure that the families of the victims are able to come back together, looking at the security situation in the region.
"Yesterday, some terrorists in Pahalgam carried out this act, I strongly condemn it and whoever is affected I express my sympathies to them," the CM said during a press conference in Raipur.
India's financial capital, Mumbai, is set to witness a major buzz around Chhattisgarh on April 23 and 24. Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai will participate in two major national-level events focusing on the textile and steel industries.
Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai met Union Home Minister Amit Shah today and discussed the eradication of Naxalism, the overall development of the Bastar region, and measures to further strengthen the security and justice systems in the state.
