Australia made a comeback in the second session as Cheteshwar Pujara became the first victim of Todd Murphy in the 62nd over. Virat Kohli came in the final over to face Nathan Lyon. India ended the session with 188/2.
Shubman Gill and Cheteshwar Pujara dominated Australian bowlers in the first innings of the fourth Test match of the Border Gavaskar Trophy. India lost the wicket of Rohit Sharma in the first hour of the day. But Pujara and Gill didn't allow the Australian team to capitalise on it.
