Making bold assertions on India's future, Former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate from the Vidisha Lok Sabha seat Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Thursday said that India will emerge as a 'Vishwaguru' under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership.
Former chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the BJP's Lok Sabha candidate from Vidisha, offered prayers on the second day of the Navratras at Vindhyawasini Mata Temple at Salkanpur, in the Sehore district.
Former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister and BJP leader Shivraj Singh Chouhan interacted with tribals and also dined at the house of a tribal woman during his poll campaign in the Raisen district of Madhya Pradesh.
Office of Chouhan posted on X, "Shivraj Singh Chouhan left for Ganj Basoda from Bhopal by train. During this, the former Chief Minister will meet the workers at Salamatpur, Sanchi, Vidisha, Gulabganj and Ganjbasoda railway stations."
The Supreme Court has sought Madhya Pradesh politician Raghav and the state government's reply to a petition challenging the High Court order quashing proceedings against the leader in connection with an alleged unnatural sex case.

The suspended officials have been identified as Brijendra Pratap Singh, currently posted in Ganjbasoda, Vidisha district, (formerly posted in Women and Child Development Department, Bhopal) and Komal Upadhyay, posted as project officer in Women and Child Development Department, Bhopal.
Madhya Pradesh police have registered a case against an additional superintendent of police (ASP) in connection with a fake caste certificate case in Vidisha district.
According to the FIR copy, the case was registered following the complaint of Additional Returning Officer (ARO) Sanjay Chourasia (48) at Sironj police station in the district on Wednesday evening (November 22) for violating the rules and regulations of the election commission. The case w
