Shortly after the Gujarat High Court on Friday declined to grant a stay of Rahul Gandhi's conviction in a case involving a defamatory statement about the "Modi surname, Congress treasurer Pawan Bansal said that the Congress respects the court's verdict but does not agree with the judgement.
