Geopolitical expert Velina Tchakarova says the US is engaging in separate negotiations with Russia and Ukraine, aiming to push for a ceasefire while also establishing a strategic dialogue with Moscow.
After addressing the second day of the 'Cape Town Conversation' event on Sunday, she said, "I think that India can be a very adequate leader of the Global South. It could be an adequate leader because it has suffered a lot in the past, but it has already been a global power."
After the second day of the Cape Town Conversation event, Tchakarova told ANI, "In my view, this was an extremely successful presidency by India, and there are several reasons for that."
