The Varanasi district court on Monday granted one more week to the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) to submit a scientific survey report of the Gyanvapi mosque complex.
The advocate Anupam Dwivedi representing the Hindu side in the Gyanvapi case on Thursday informed that Varanasi district court has directed Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) to prepare a list and preserve all objects found in the scientific survey of the complex.

While talking to the reporters here, Advocates from the Hindu side of Gyanvapi case Vishnu Shankar Jain said that the Muslim side has followed the court’s order and has fully cooperated with the survey.
The Supreme Court on Monday ordered that Varanasi district court order of ASI Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) survey of the Gyanvapi mosque complex, adjacent to Kashi Vishwanath temples, shall not be enforced till July 26, 5 pm.
