Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off five new Vande Bharat Express trains physically and virtually from Rani Kamlapati Railway Station in Madhya Pradesh's Bhopal on Tuesday.
Passengers travelling from Bhopal to Delhi on Vande Bharat Express on Wednesday performed Yoga on the train on the occasion of 9th International Yoga Day.
"On 27th June, PM Modi will visit Madhya Pradesh. In Bhopal, he will flag off 2 Vande Bharat trains and will also participate in the event of BJP," MP CM Chouhan said.
Howrah-Puri Vande Bharat Express train crossed the restored railway track in Odisha's Balasore on Monday hours after the passenger train services were resumed in the district.
Connecting Guwahati with New Jalpaiguri in West Bengal, the Vande Bharat Express, a semi-high-speed train built with indigenously developed technology, would cover a distance of approximately 411 kilometres within a span of 5 hours and 30 minutes.
