Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday appealed to the people to visit Ayodhya after the consecration ceremony of the Ram Temple and asserted that it will make them recollect the 'Tretayuga'.
Kameshwar Chaupal, a member of the Ram Janmbhoomi Teertha Kshetra on Monday refuted the competition regarding the selection of idols of Ram Lalla, to be installed in the grand Ram Temple in Uttar Pradesh's Ayodhya.
"As long as Chief Minister Yogi is in power, the spiritual and material development of the state will continue unabated, unhindered by any force in the world," Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said.
On the first day of the New Year on Monday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met and heard the problems of around 200 people at the Janata Darshan held at Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhawan on Gorakhnath temple premises and assured them of satisfactory solutions.
General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Champat Rai gave an 'Akshat' invitation to locals in Uttar Pradesh's Ayodhya to celebrate the consecration of the Ram temple on January 22.
One of the children also celebrated his birthday with the Chief Minister on the occasion. CM Yogi blessed the child and extended his good wishes for his future.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also held a Janata Darbar in the courtyard of Gorakhnath Temple and listened to the problems of the people who came to the Janata Darbar and gave instructions to the officials to solve their problems.
In a dramatic turn of events, Professor RB Lal, Vice Chancellor of Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences (SHUATS), was arrested on Sunday on charges of alleged murder.
This scam has prompted the Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) to approach Uttar Pradesh police. The VHP has also issued a warning on social media, asking people not to fall prey to the scam.
