The Supreme Court on Tuesday asked the authorities to consider modifying the existing guidelines in accordance with the international norms to deal with unruly air passengers.
The Delhi High Court on Tuesday issued notice on a plea of an accused in the Air India flight urination case. The petitioner has challenged the order of the Appellate committee refusing to direct Air India to supply related and material documents.

According to police, a person with the Twitter handle 'Shafeeq 2.0' used an image from the Sidhi urination incident and doctored it to insult the Indian flag.
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, on Thursday, met the victim of the Sidhi urination incident at CM house in the state capital, Bhopal, and had lunch with him. Chouhan welcomed the victim, Dashmat Rawat, and also washed his feet as a mark of respect.
"I met the minister, it felt good. He (CM Chouhan) called up my family and spoke to my family. I felt good. Now, I am going back after meeting him," Rawat told ANI.
CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan apologized to the victim for the incident and said that he was deeply disturbed and filled with pain after seeing the video. He welcomed him and washed his feet as a mark of respect.
Reacting to the urination case in Madhya Pradesh's Sidhi, former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath said that the incident is an attack on tribal identity and an insult to great personalities like Tantya Mama and Birsa Munda.
"On July 10, under the leadership of Leader of Opposition Govind Singh, all Congress MLAs will meet the Governor, will inform him point-wise about the atrocities on tribals in Madhya Pradesh," Jitu Patwari said in a press conference.
