Prashant Kumar, Uttar Pradesh Director General of Police, on Wednesday said that the police have presented an unprecedented model of crowd management, security, and techniques during the Maha Kumbh.
Sambhal Assistant Superintendent of Police Shrish Chandra informed that the inspection regarding the use of loudspeakers was held on Sunday in the Sambhal City, Hayat Nagar, Nakhasa area.
A Bench of Justices Surya Kant and N Kotiswar Singh also asked the concerned Investigating Officer (IO) of the UP Police to expedite the probe against the Mau MLA.

"The entire area has been divided into five zones and twelve sectors to streamline the arrangements. With the support of special police forces from the headquarters, we are ensuring that all devotees are safely guided to the site," said the SSP.
As many as six ganja smugglers have been arrested in Uttar Pradesh's Aligarh on Sunday. 100 kilogrammes of ganja and a car were recovered from their possession, said police.
As many as four people were arrested in a case of alleged illegal construction of a mosque in Uttar Pradesh's Bareilly. A tin shed was put up in a 200-yard house and a mosque was illegally constructed, said police.
