: Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak responds to Akhilesh Yadav's statement, calling him "de-railed" and accusing the Samajwadi Party of being "completely confused" despite the state's progress.
Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya on Monday criticised the opposition for making "derogatory remarks" about the ongoing Maha Kumbh 2025, stating that such comments were an insult to Hindu culture and Indian traditions.
Speaking to the media, Pathak said "The committee has submitted its report in the Vidhan Sabha regarding the Hathras incident... Action will be taken against whoever is responsible for it..."
This comes after a stone pelting incident occurred in Sambhal on November 24 during the ASI's examination of the Mughal-era mosque, resulting in the deaths of four individuals and injuries to several others, including officials and locals.
