Former BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar has moved to the Delhi High Court seeking an early hearing on his plea for an extension of his medical bail which is scheduled to expire on January 20. It is stated that he has to undergo a cataract surgery fixed for January 24.
The Delhi High Court has extended the interim bail of Kuldeep Singh Sengar, convicted in the Unnao rape case, for one more month. Sengar had approached the court requesting a five-month extension of his bail on medical grounds.
Expelled BJP leader Kuldeep Singh Sengar has approached the Delhi High Court on Thursday to extend his interim bail for an additional five months, citing medical reasons, in connection with the 2017 Unnao rape case.
