Delhi's Patiala House Court has put up for consideration the chargesheet filed against two persons under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA).
The seizure was made following raids conducted on Wednesday. NIA had raided several properties of the accused and suspects, mostly houses and offices, as part of its continuing investigations in the case.
The court said, "The convicts formed an unlawful assembly, the object whereof was to cause maximum damage to the persons belonging to Hindu community as well as their properties and to create fear & insecurity in the minds of the members of the Hindu community."
