The High Commission of India in London celebrated the Foundation Days of ten Indian states along with International Mother Language Day at India House. The event highlighted India's cultural and linguistic diversity, with diaspora members showcasing traditions, attire, and folk arts.
President Droupadi Murmu, during her interaction with Timor-Leste counterpart Jose Ramos-Horta, emphasised that India considers the whole world as one family and that Indians are accepted by the whole world because of their hard work and trustworthiness.
"India is the home to all faiths in the world and we celebrate all of them. In India, diversity is a natural way of life, today the world wants to know more and more about India," said PM Modi.
