At least four people have been reported to be dead in the missile strike, launched by Russia at the central Ukrainian city of Kryvyi Rih on Monday, the country's emergency services said on Monday.
A Ukrainian drone has attacked a local police station in the Trubchevsky District of Russia's Bryansk Region, country's regional Governor Alexander Bogomaz said on his Telegram channel, TASS reported.
He said that in order to start the process to end the conflict, an agreement is required from both sides. However, he noted that it is difficult to reach one as the Ukrainian army is on the offensive.
It is believed to be the first time that Taganrog – some 40 kilometers (25 miles) from the border with Ukraine — has been hit since Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Russia condemned the Ukrainian drone attacks on Moscow and Crimea and vowed retaliation after Kyiv military official claimed the responsibility for the strikes which hit two buildings in Moscow early Monday.
