As the polling for the first phase of the Bihar election is underway, 16 delegates of seven countries are witnessing the preparation arrangements made by the Election Commission of India for the smooth conduct of the election.
Bihar recorded a voter turnout of 27.65 per cent in the first four hours of the first phase of assembly elections, according to the data of the Election Commission of India.

Communist Party of India (CPI) leader D Raja on Thursday said that the people of Bihar have made up their minds to vote for the Mahagathbandhan in the ongoing state elections.
