At least five children were injured in a shooting that occurred on Wednesday morning (local time) at a Catholic school in the city of Minneapolis in the state of Minnesota in the US, the New York Times reported, citing law enforcement and hospital sources.

Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on Wednesday lashed out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi stating that his "dear friend Abki Baar, Trump Sarkar" imposed 50 per cent tariffs on India and claimed that the country will suffer Rs 2.17 Lakh Crore as the "first jolt" due to tariffs.
He further hoped for a solution from the Union Government, stating that the gems and jewellery trade from Jaipur to the US is worth Rs 11 to 12 lakh crores.
