Speaking to ANI, Birla said "This is a congregation of India's spirituality, faith, and culture... I have prayed for the well-being of all... It is an epitome of India's spirituality... People from all walks of life have come together irrespective of caste..."
"We feel very fortunate that we got the opportunity to take the holy dip here... I thank PM Modi and Chief Minister Yogi, who have made such good arrangements..." Puri told reporters.
"I have come here with full devotion with my family... We wanted to come here for a long time... I pray to god to bless everyone... The arrangements have been amazing despite the scale of the event," Paswan told ANI.
Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla took a dip at Triveni Sangam in Prayagraj in the Maha Kumbh along with his family members and said the religious event was a symbol of India's spirituality.
He said that over 51 crore devotees had taken a dip in the Triveni Sangam (confluence of Ganga, Yamuna, and the mythical Saraswati), which indicates that there was no discrimination on the basis of caste and region. People visiting Mahakumbh reflect the idea of 'Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat
As pe the instructions issued, devotees or people coming to take a dip from the Parade Mela area towards the Sangam would be able to take bath at the Sangam and the other ghats built towards the parade area.
Devendra Fadnavis while speaking to ANI said, "This is the biggest Kumbh of faith and every Sanatani Hindu wants to take a holy dip (at Triveni Sangam). I am very happy that I got the opportunity to go to Maha Kumbh with my family and take a holy dip."
