Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha on Thursday urged grassroots awareness for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's progressive plans and criticized the Trinamool Congress in West Bengal for widespread violence, drawing parallels with the oppressive rule of the CPIM in Tripura.
