The Delhi High Court on Thursday deferred the hearing for February 12, 2024, on a plea moved by Delhi Police against a trial court order directing the supply of an FIR copy to accused Neelam Azad, arrested in the Parliament Security Breach Case.
A division bench of Justices Suresh Kumar Kait and Manoj Jain admitted the appeals moved by four convicts Ravi Kapoor, Baljeet Singh Malik, Amit Shukla and Ajay Kumar challenging the order of the trial court. The High Court will hear the appeals in due course.
