As the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) surged past the 200-seat mark in the latest trends of the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections, the Janata Dal (United) on Friday highlighted the role of women voters in the mandate.
The NDA, which secured 206 seats in the 2010 elections, is once again poised to touch the same mark as it is currently leading at 203 seats with both BJP and JD(U) unanticipated performances.

The counting follows two phases of polling held across the state on November 6 and November 11, culminating today in the final verdict across all 243 Assembly seats.
"As much as I have seen during the campaigning, there needs to be a change in Bihar. It is not appropriate to react to the initial trends. I am confident that the results will be in favour of the Mahagathbandhan," Singh told ANI.
