Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal approved the proposal in the national interest allowing the removal and transplantation of trees to clear land for project construction in the national capital.
"Uniform Civil Code should be first introduced in the Hindu religion. Every person including Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes should be allowed to perform pooja in any temple in the country," Elangovan said.
Following the Balasore tragedy, the Indian Railways has started on a positive note, as today, 5 Vande Bharat trains were launched simultaneously across the country which was flagged off by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. These Vande Bharat trains will connect six states in the country.

PM Modi will visit the state on Tuesday and will flag off two Vande Bharat trains in the state capital. Besides, he will launch two missions which includes sickle cell anaemia mission and the distribution of Ayushman Bharat cards in the state.
On the other hand, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Lalpur and Pakaria in Shahdol district has been postponed due to the possibility of heavy rains on Tuesday, however, his program in Bhopal was not cancelled.
A pair of train services will be partially cancelled on Thursday in view of engineering works in the Guntakal Division of South Central Railway, an official statement said.

Meanwhile, preparations are underway in Bhopal for PM Modi's visit to the city on Tuesday to flag off five Vande Bharat trains. The PM will also address BJP workers from Bhopal.
