Security has been heightened at airports in Gujarat's Vadodara and Bihar's Patna after bomb threat emails were received by the airport authorities on Tuesday.
RD Chauhan, Inspector at Harni PS, Vadodara, stated that police teams are handling security at the airport due to a bomb threat. Additionally, Bomb Disposal Squad, Dog Squads, Ambulance, and Fire tenders have arrived at the airport.
Upon getting the information about the threat, the police and the Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) team reached the hospital located in Banganga locality in the city and scanned the premises but nothing was found.
Three hotels in Karnataka's Bengaluru received bomb threats on Thursday received Bomb threats, including a five-star Hotel, The Oterra, said Deputy Commissioner of Police South East Bengaluru.
The hospitals that got bomb threat emails include -- Dada Dev Hospital in Dabri, Deen Dayal Upadhyay (DDU) Hospital in Hari Nagar, Guru Teg Bahadur (GTB) Hospital in Dilshad Garden, Hindu Rao Hospital in Malka Ganj, and Aruna Asaf Ali Govt Hospital at Rajpur Road.

The Ahmedabad Police jumped into action on receiving the emails and started an investigation. The police did not find any suspect or explosives at any of the schools, they said.
This comes days after multiple schools in Delhi recieved bomb threats. According to the Delhi police, a total of 131 schools recieved threat emails on May 1.
Amid the ongoing probe into the Delhi bomb threat case, it has been revealed that the Sanskriti School in Delhi's Chanakyapuri area received not one, but two bomb threat emails, as per reports.
