Death toll rises to 6. NDRF officials further mentioned that four teams were working on the site of the incident. "Three from Mumbai and one from Pune HQ are on the site of the incident. Further rescue operations are underway," an official statement said.

According to officials, on receiving information about a fake telephone exchange on the fifth floor of a building in Gauri Pada in the Bhiwandi area of Thane district, the ATS reached the site late evening to raid it.
A bus was gutted in fire on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad highway due to a short circuit inside the bus while no casualties were reported, informed Palghar police officials.
Maharshtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde visited the Indira Gandhi Hospital and met with those injured after the building in Bhiwandi collapsed on Saturday.
"This incident is unfortunate, 12 people have been evacuated. NDRF and other agencies are trying to rescue people from the spot. Rs 5 lakhs have been given to the deceased and instructions were given for the treatment of the injured," said Shinde.
Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Saturday announced financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh each to the kin of the deceased in the Bhiwandi building collapse, said an official statement.
