Shiv Sena MP, Sanjay Raut has appreciated the efforts of Rahul Gandhi with his vision to bring all Indians together with his campaign "Bharat Jodo Yatra". According to him, Bharat Jodo Yatra is a non-political program that aims to maintain harmony in the country.
Shiv Sena (Uddhav Thackeray) leader Aaditya Thackeray on Monday wrote a letter to BMC Commissioner Iqbal Singh Chahal pertaining to alleged irregularities for road mega-tenders in Mumbai and asked who proposed the concretization of nearly 400 km of roads in the city.
Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) MLA Sanjay Raut has taken a dig at the Maha CM saying that the visit to Davos can only be fruitful if he is able to bring an investment of Rs. 5 lakh crores.
His remark has come in the backdrop of Aaditya Thackeray's statement claiming that the coalition government of Eknath Shinde and Devendra Fadnavis will fall in the next two months.
"This 400 km tender seems to be a farce. Till now, the process has been that anyone who wants to do the bidding, would bid 20 per cent less than the estimated price to win the tender," Thackeray added.
Raut also took dig at the ruling alliance in Maharashtra over reports of change in plans regarding visit of Chief Minsiter Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to Davos in view of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's proposed visit to the state.
