Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Nirupam has strongly criticised stand-up comedian Kunal Kamra for his 'objectionable' remarks against Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde alleging that the funding for Kamra's show came from "Matoshree" and sought Kamra's apology.
Earlier on Sunday night, Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) workers vandalised a Mumbai venue following Kamra's stand-up special, which allegedly made disparaging remarks against Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde.
