The Indian Army on Friday said that two terrorists in the Sopore encounter were operating in North Kashmir. The army also informed that a large amount of war-like stores have been recovered from the terrorists.

In a post on X, Kashmir Zone Police informed about the development and said, "Two terrorists have been neutralised in Sopore encounter. Identification and affiliation is being ascertained. Incriminating materials, arms and ammunition recovered. Further details shall follow."
