The Special Investigation Unit (SIU)-II Srinagar presented a chargesheet before a National Investigation Agency Court here against a terrorist associate and an active terrorist, officials said on Tuesday.
"They were also involved in facilitating the movement of terrorists, providing them with transport facilities, and engaging in anti-national activities that pose a threat to the region's security," police said.
As per the statement, the process for attachment of property belonging to the accused falling within the ambit of proceeds of terrorism was initiated by SIU Shopian under section 25 of the UA(P) Act.
