The security forces in the Dara Adam Khel area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa killed banned outfit Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) commander Zafar Khan along with his two group members during an Intelligence-Based Operation (IBO) on Sunday, Geo News reported.
Earlier today, in a major operation joint security forces neutralized five highly trained foreign terrorists of JK Ghaznavi Force (JKGF) who were trying to infiltrate into the Indian territory in the Jumagund area near the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir.

Five foreign terrorists have been killed in the encounter that broke out between terrorists and security personnel in Jammu and Kashmir's Kupwara district on Friday.
"An encounter has started between #terrorists and joint parties of Army & Police on a specific input of Kupwara Police in Jumagund area of LoC of #Kupwara district. Further details shall follow," tweeted Kashmir Zone Police.
According to the release, the Pakistan-based terrorist, Almas Rizwan Khan son of Late Mohd Anwar Khan originally a resident of Diver Lolab, has been a persistent threat to peace and security of UT of Jammu and Kashmir since the time he exfiltrated to Pakistan in the early 1990s.
As per the press note, the chargesheet was filed under sections 307, and 302 of the Indian Penal Code, sections 7/27 of the Arms Act and sections 13, 16, 18, 20 and 38 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.
