A fire broke out owing to a blast at SB organics Limited at Chandur village of Sangareddy district on Wednesday. Five people were seriously injured in this incident, police officials said.
According to Fire Officer, Chandra Naik, "The fire broke out in cotton packing godown in Attapur due to a short circuit in the intervening night of March 31 and April 1. Two fire tenders reached the spot and conducted dousing operations for four hours."
Fire official, Srinivas said, "The fire broke out in Ravi Foods. Six fire engines reached the spot to douse the blaze. There have been no causalities reported until now. This incident happened today early in the morning at 5 am. Efforts are underway to control the fire."
A fire broke out at Enviro Waste Management Services Private Limited at Pashamailaram industrial area in Patan Cheru mandal of Sangareddy district on Tuesday, said fire officials.
Srinivas Goud, Station Fire Officer, Narayankhed, said, "A fire broke out in a closed mechanic shed. The fire broke out at around 12:20 PM. The fire has been completely extinguished. There are no casualties. One fire engine reached the spot and extinguished the fire."
