Peshawar High Court (PHC) has barred authorities from arresting Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and former National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaiser in cases already registered, Pakistan-based ARY News reported.
The petition, submitted by Raja Tahir Nawaz, a PTI member from Islamabad, alleges non-compliance with the PTI constitution during the intra-party elections.
