According to the Delhi police, Bomb Detection Teams (BDTs) and CISF swiftly carried out thorough checks at both sites. However, no suspicious objects were found, and the call was later declared a hoax by the Delhi Police and the Delhi Fire Service (DFS).
Security forces on Tuesday recovered a suspicious object in Pinglish Nagwadi area of Tral in Pulwama district, following which the area was cordoned off as a precautionary measure.

A suspicious object likely an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) that was detected on Srinagar Baramulla National Highway at Hanjiwera Pattan has been defused by security forces on Monday.
"We received information about a suspicious object lying near the highway. Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) was called and an IED was found. The IED has been destroyed by the team," SP Rural Jammu, Rahul Charak said.
