Responding to the question regarding the situation in Pakistan, Miller said that US is aware of the reports that civilians will face military trials over the suspected involvement in the May 9 protest.
The Chinese national identified as Feng Changwen, had only been in Nepal for two days and was detained by airport security on June 5. On investigation it was found that Changwen had deposited millions of rupees in a bank in Nepal.
"The deceased has been identified and the accused is also being identified. It seems to be a case of personal enmity but we are investigating the case from all angles," he said.
After initial reports said at least one person died, police later said at least three have died. While the conditions of the surviving victims are not known, police said one person was flown to a trauma center, Fox News reported.
"Around 4:00 am on Saturday morning, Samuel was doing something on the phone and his girlfriend suspected that he was talking to another girl on the phone. After this, they had an argument and the girl stabbed Samuel," said Delhi Police.
