Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha met with Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, at his official residence in Lok Kalyan Marg, New Delhi on Saturday.
After meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Tuesday said that during the meeting with the PM, many important schemes related to the development of the state were discussed and valuable guidance was received from the Prime Minister.
"The police department took all necessary precautions, and the youth celebrated peacefully. I extend my congratulations and gratitude to them for this. This year, I hope the opposition leaders cooperate in the state development," an official statement added.
Addressing a press conference, CM Saha stated that during the 72nd Plenary Session of the North Eastern Council (NEC), all the Chief Ministers and Governors from the Northeast states attended and gained a better understanding of Tripura.
To take the momentum further in policy space, under the aegis of its State Development Council, PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) organised its flagship initiative "States' Policy Conclave 2024" on 11 December at New Delhi, according to an official release.
