According to the officials, information about the incident was received at around 11:27 PM on October 9 at New Usmanpur Police Station. When police teams reached the spot, they discovered a man lying on the ground with multiple stab injuries.
An investigation is also being conducted from the robbery point of view, as her friend, who was at the scene of the crime, revealed that they had been robbed by some persons.
The incident occurred when the woman's husband, 23, called her to meet, and a dispute escalated, leading to the stabbing. The victim, who had been living with her parents due to ongoing marital issues, sustained injuries and was rushed to JPC Hospital.
According to officials, the incident took place near Kalka Garhi Village, under the jurisdiction of Amar Colony Police Station. The victims sustained stab injuries to their legs and back and were admitted to hospital.

Niyaz (29), Tosin (20) and Nihal (34) were admitted to MV Hospital. While Niyaz died on arrival, the other two victims have been referred to LNJP Hospital.
