Kerala High Court on Monday issued notice to the Kerala Chief Minister on a petition seeking a directive to the State Government to provide compensation of Rs 1 crore to the bereaved family of the house surgeon Vandana Das, who died after being stabbed at a government hospital in the state.
According to the police, the deceased boy has been identified as Lucky. Two persons have been identified in connection with the alleged murder and teams have been constituted to nab the accused who are absconding since the incident, police said.
