The bodies are those of six adults and two children - one below the age of three who had a Canadian passport, and another an infant who was also a Canadian citizen, CBC reported citing the police chief for the nearby Kanien'keha:ka community of Akwesasne, Shawn Dulude.
"Four of them have 10-15 per cent burns, while the other one has suffered more than 30 per cent burn injuries. The condition of all of them is stable and out of danger," said Dr Sanjay Prasad, Civil Surgeon, at Maharani Hospital, Jagdalpur.
