Professional Golf Tour of India (PGTI) announced the Delhi-NCR Open Golf Championship 2024 which will be staged at Noida Golf Course from April 10 to April 13
The PGTI Ranking leader Om Prakash Chouhan and Rahil Gangjee, who is playing on his home turf, finished as joint clubhouse leaders at a total of five-under 139 at the end of day two of the SSP Chawrasia Invitational 2023 being played at the Royal Calcutta Golf Club

Overall though, it was a strong display by Indian golfers with three of them in the Top-10. Veer Ahlawat was tied fourth while Angad Cheema (4-under 212) was tied seventh and Honey Baisoya (3-under 213) was tied 10th.
Angad Cheema followed his opening day's four-under 68 with a 71 to sit alongside Finland's Mikko Korhonen (72), Iceland's Gudmundur Kristjansson (71) and Germany's Marcel Siem (70), who were all on five-under 139 with Cheema at the end of the second day as scoring grew progressively tougher.

SSP Chawrasia, a four-time winner on the DP World Tour, will be leading the Indian charge along with Manu Gandas, who earned a card on the DP World Tour this season as a result of finishing number one in the PGTI Rankings last year.
Thorbjorn Olesen and Nicolai Hojgaard, who lead a strong contingent of Danes at the Indian Open, said they were looking forward to the event. Olesen has played the Hero Indian Open previously at this venue, but it was before it was re-designed by Gary Player.

The Tour Championship is the season-ending event of the 2022 PGTI season. The tournament is a 72-hole stroke-play championship and there will be no cut applied. There is guaranteed prize money for all participants. The Pro-Am event preceding the tournament was played on December 19.
