Members of the CPM's students' wing, the Students Federation of India (SFI), on Friday claimed that the controversial BBC documentary 'India: The Modi Question' was sucessfully screened at Kolkata's Presidency University.
The members of SFI raised slogans at University earlier this evening, following a power cut as they planned the screening of the banned BBC documentary PM Modi.
Provisions under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) are imposed outside the Faculty in the wake of a call by NSUI-KSU for the screening of a BBC documentary on Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
