A National Investigation Agency (NIA) special court in Chandigarh on Wednesday declared a member of banned 'unlawful association' Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) Jaswinder Singh alias Multan a Proclaimed Offender (PO) in the Model Jail Tiffin Bomb case of April 2022, the agency said on Thursday.
The chargesheet filed on Monday in a special NIA court in Mohali district in Punjab against Lakhbir Singh alias Rode and Harpreet Singh alias Happy Malaysia in the Ludhiana Court complex bomb blast case, in which one person was killed and six others injured on December 23 in 2021.
A special NIA court in Gujarat has convicted two accused in a fake currency conspiracy case under which counterfeit notes were sought to be circulated in the state after being procured from West Bengal, said an NIA official release on Wednesday.
